摘要
以PMDI、聚醚、MOCA、表面活性剂、三乙烯二胺及水玻璃为原料,通过一部混合法制得了聚氨酯/水玻璃凝胶,采用压力试验机、万能材料试验机、热失重分析仪对其性质及力学性能、稳定性与耐久性进行研究。结果表明,聚氨酯/水玻璃凝胶具有黏度低、可灌性好、绿色环保、成本低、阻燃性好、抗压强度高等特点。该凝胶的力学性能与水玻璃、聚醚、乳化剂以及促进剂的含量密切相关。凝胶具有良好的稳定性与耐久性,适合煤矿等井下矿山使用。
The polyurethane/silicate gel was prepared via one-step mixture method using PMDI,polyether glycol,MOCA,surface active agent,triethylenediamine and silicate as raw materials.The characteristics,mechanical property,stability and durability of the gel were investigated by pressure tester,universal testing machine,thermogravimetry analyzer.The obtained results indicated that the gel possessed low viscosity,better injection,little pollution,low cost,better fire resistance and high compressive strength.The mechanical properties of the gel were closely related to content of silicate,polyether glycol,emulsifier and promoter.The gel had good stability and durability,and was suitable for underground coal mines and other mines.
