摘要
为了探究换热面上不同布置形式的翼型涡发生器对换热、流动阻力和污垢特性的影响,本文以矩形翼涡发生器为研究对象,在相同工况下对4种布置形式进行了实验研究。结果表明:在换热面上安装翼型涡发生器不仅能够强化换热同时还能抑制颗粒垢的生成;后排列布置不仅在强化换热和减少流动阻力上都优于前排列布置,而且在污垢条件下其也具有良好的抑垢性;结垢前后进出口压差的变化大小在一定程度上也反映了结垢量的大小。
In order to study the effect of heat transfer, flow resistance and fouling characteristic about different arrangement forms of the wing-type vortex generator on the heat exchanger surfaces, we select the rectangular wing vortex generator as the research object, we did several experimental on four different forms in the same working condition. The results show that the wing-type vortex generator were installed on the heat transfer surface can not only enhance heat transfer but also inhibiting form the particulate fouling. Arrange vortex generator in downstream is better than in upstream both in enhance heat transfer and reduce flow resistance, moreover it can bring about less particulate fouling under the condition of dirt. The change of pressure difference size of the experimental section's entry and exit reflect the amount of fouling to some extent.
