摘要
目的：探讨归龙汤对糖尿病血管病变大鼠凝血功能的影响。方法：将80只大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、西洛他唑组、归龙汤（低、中、高）剂量组,并造糖尿病血管病变大鼠模型。空白对照组和模型对照组的大鼠每日喂饲蒸馏水;西洛他唑组每日喂饲西洛他唑片1.67 mg/kg;归龙汤组予以不同剂量的归龙汤灌胃。用药56 d后,牺牲实验大鼠,测定大鼠血清中血糖及凝血指标的水平,同时取大鼠主动脉弓下段2~3 cm主动脉,在光镜下观察主动脉粥样硬化病变及其程度。结果：糖尿病血管病变大鼠的凝血指标中PT和APTT缩短、Fbg增高,中、高剂量归龙汤对提高PT和APTT的水平较西洛他唑组及低剂量归龙汤明显,且差异有统计学意义;西洛他唑片、低、中、高剂量归龙汤均能降低Fbg,但它们之间降低Fbg的水平无明显差异。结论：西洛他唑片和归龙汤均能有效改善糖尿病血管病变大鼠的高凝状态,中、高剂量的归龙汤更为明显。
Objective ：To investigate the effect of Guilong Decoction on blood coagulation of rats with diabetic angiopa- thy. Methods ：80 rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, cilostazol group and Guilong （low, middle high dose） groups, making a model of rats with diabetic angiopathy. The blank control group and the model control group were daily fed with distilled water. The cilostazol group was daily fed cilostazol 1.67 mg/kg. Guilong groups were given different doses of Guilong Decoction. After 56 days, kill the experimental rats and detect the blood glucose and coagulation index of rats and observe the atherosclerotic aortic lesions with microscope. Results ： PT and APTT in rats with diabetic angiopathy were decreased and Fbg was increased. The high and middle dose of Guilong Decoction can increase the levels of PT and APTY more strongly than the cilostazol group and the low dose Guilong decoction and the difference was statistically significant. The Fbg in cilostazol group, Guilong （high, middle and low dose） group were decreased but they had no significant difference. Conclusion：The cilostazol and Guilong Decoction could improve the hypercoagulative state of rats with diabetic angiopathy.
