摘要
目的:研究挂金灯活性部位对佐剂诱导性大鼠类风湿关节炎症的影响。方法:采用大鼠足趾注射完全费氏佐剂复制大鼠类风湿关节炎模型,观察挂金灯活性部位对大鼠类风湿关节炎症的影响。结果:挂金灯活性部位高、中、低浓度组对大鼠体质量的影响相对都较轻,以高剂量组治疗效果明显;挂金灯活性部位高、中、低剂量组均可以减轻费氏完全佐剂引发的大鼠足趾肿胀,其中高剂量组抑制作用最强。结论:挂金灯活性部位对AA大鼠有明显的抗炎消肿作用,能减轻或减缓炎性反应,具有减轻关节肿胀、不良反应低的特点。
Objective : To research the effect of active part of Physalis alkekengi L. var. franchetii ( Mast. ) Makino on adjuvant arthritis rats. Methods:With dexamethasone as control, we tested the rat body weight and paw swelling and ob- served the effect of active part of P. alkekengi L.. Result: The high, middle and low dose groups of active part of P. alkekengi L. had little influence on the rat body weight and the high dose group had the best effect. The high, middle and low dose groups of active part of P. alkekertgi L. can inhibit the paw swelling and the high dose group showed the signifi- cant effect. Conclusion: The active part of P. alkekengi L. had significant effect of anti - inflammation and anti - swelling on adjuvant arthritis rats. The active part can alleviate or slow down the inflammatory response and showed low toxicity.
