摘要
在重介质选煤厂的产品质量中,悬浮液的质量有着很重要的作用,而影响悬浮液密度变化的因素较多,从而使悬浮液的密度发生波动,实际分选密度不断变化,使产品质量得不到保证。本文对影响重介悬浮液的因素进行了试验分析,并提出了合理的措施,从而实现悬浮液密度的自动控制以及对其稳定性的保证。
Product quality in heavy medium coal preparation plant,the quality of the suspension has a very important role,the factors affecting the suspension density changes more, so that the suspension density fluctuates,the actual separation density changing, so that product quality can not be guaranteed.In this paper, the factors affecting the heavy medium suspension were tested,and put forward reasonable measures to achieve automatic control and ensure the stability of the suspension density.
