摘要
目的:探究临床路径教学在普外科临床带教中的应用效果。方法随机选取2014年2月~2015年2月在普外科临床实习的140名本科学生,分别采取临床路径教学带教方法和传统带教方法,对比两组学生的理论成绩、实际操作成绩和满意度。结果研究组学生各方面均高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论将临床路径教学应用于普外科临床带教中,能够进一步规范教学流程,提高学生的思维能力和动手实践能力。
Objective To explore the effect on clinical pathway teaching in clinical teaching of general surgery department. Methods Selected 140 undergraduate students of clinical practice from February 2014 to February 2015 general surgery randomly, adopt the clinical pathway teaching method and traditional teaching methods respectively, contrast the theory grade, actual operation grade and satisfaction of two groups. Results The study group were higher than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The clinical pathway teaching use in general surgery clinical belt to teach, to further standardize teaching process, improve the students' thinking ability and practical ability.
