摘要
目的：探讨胆囊炎、胆石症的中医临床辩证护理的方法及效果。方法选取2013年6月～2014年6月在我院接受治疗的胆囊炎、胆石症患者122例，分为观察组和对照组。给予对照组常规护理，给予观察组中医辩证护理，观察护理效果。结果观察组总有效率为95.1%，护理满意度为93.4%均高于对照组，组间比较，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论采用中医辨证护理对胆囊炎、胆石症患者进行护理，能够提升护理满意度。
Objective To explore effects of cholecystitis, cholelith disease clinical dialectical nursing methods traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Selected 122 patients with gallstone disease from June 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital, were divided into the observation group and the control group .Given control group routine nursing care, give the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing observation group. To observe the effect of nursing. Results The observation group total effective rate was 95.1%, nursing satisfaction, 95.1%were higher than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Use of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with cholecystitis, cholelith disease nursing, can improve nursing satisfaction.
