当前青岛正处于建设国际贸易中心城市的关键时期,且正在申请国家自贸区,并已经成为则富管理中心试点城市,提出建设成为国家＂一带一路＂战略中的＂新亚欧大陆桥经济走廊主要节点城市＂和＂海上合作战略支点＂,这些不仅为青岛城市发展带来了重要的战略机遇期,也给青岛仲裁的发展带来了前所未有的历史机遇。
Qingdao Arbitration Commission has been founded for 19 years and made great progress in variou Taspects after years of hard work.It has mediated over 17,500 civil and commercial disputes with a total target amount of over 24 billion yuan and cases covering almost all kinds of disputes in commercial field.Its main operational indicators rank among Top 10 in China and Top 4 among the 15 viceprovincial cities.It is the first national arbitral institution which has passed ISO9001 quality management system.The 'Amiable Arbitration' of Qingdao Arbitration Commission was selected as Shandong Famous Trademark,making it the only arbitral institution whose service logo won provincial famous trademark.At present,the trademark of 'Amiable Arbitration' has been registered within the European Union.As a pilot city of Wealth Management,Qingdao is now in the critical period of building international trade centre and it is applying for national free trade zone.It aims to be the 'important hub city of New Eurasian Bridge Economic Corridor' and 'a strategic support of maritime cooperation' along the 'One Belt and One Road' initiative,which brings unprecedented opportunities to both the urban development of and the arbitration sector of Qingdao.
