摘要
为了提高大学生的就业率,高校在教育方面,应注重培养大学生的合作能力。本文就大学生团队合作能力培养的重要性进行分析,同时探讨高校教育对培养大学生团队合作能力的作用,最后分析培养大学生团队合作能力的路径与策略,进一步提高大学生的综合素质。
In order to improve the employment rate of college students, colleges and universities in terms of education, should pay attention to cultivate students＇ ability to cooperate. In this paper, the importance of cultivating the ability of college students＇ teamwork are analyzed, at the same time to explore the role of education in colleges and universities to cultivate college students＇ team cooperation ability, in the final analysis the path of cultivating college students＇ team cooperation ability and strategy, further improve the comprehensive quality of college students.
