摘要
目的探讨Raypex 6根管长度测量仪在根管预备前后测量根管工作长度的准确性。方法选择因正畸或者修复拔除的单根管离体牙齿100颗,常规开髓,根管预备前使用插针X线片法以及长度测量仪法分别测量根管工作长度,根管预备至K#30号后使用长度测量仪测量工作长度,比较根管预备前X线片法和测量仪法的差异性以及根管预备后根管长度测量仪的准确性。结果根管预备前,X线片法与Raypex 6根管长度测量仪法所测得的根管工作长度分别为(18.505±1.006)mm和(18.440±1.026)mm,两组比较无显著性差异(t=2.944,P=0.04);根管扩大后Raypex 6根管长度测量仪所测得的根管工作长度为(17.615±1.939)mm,与根管预备前X线片法所测得的(18.505±1.006)mm比较有显著性差异(t=5.313,P=0.000)。结论 Raypex 6根管长度测量仪是一种准确的测量工作长度的方法,但根管扩大会降低Raypex 6根管长度测量仪的准确性。
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of Raypex 6 before and after root canal preparation.Methods A total of 100 single rooted teeth with mature apices after extracted were selected for this study. The distance of actual working length was recorded using X-ray methods and using apex locators. After the preparation root canals reached to K#30,the distance of electronic apex locators was recorded. Results Before root canal preparation,the root canal length measured by the X-ray method and Raypex 6 was( 18. 505 ± 1. 006) mm vs.( 18. 440 ±1. 026) mm. There was no significant difference between the two groups( t =2. 944,P = 0. 04). While comparing with the X-ray method,the post- preparation root canal length measured by Raypex 6 was significantly shorter,which was( 17. 615 ± 1. 939) mm vs.( 18. 505 ± 1. 006) mm( t = 5. 313,P = 0. 000). Conclusion Raypex 6 is an accuracy method but the accuracy would decrease after root canal preparation.
