微创软组织增量术对牙种植体骨结合的力学影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过刺激美学区牙齿周围软组织进行自我修复来增加种植体周围软组织量是一种新型微创的种植体周围软组织增量的方法,然而此种方法是否会降低种植体的骨结合率,从而影响种植体的成功率呢?本实验拟通过对种植体-骨界面的力学分析来求解。方法:选用成年杂种犬,对其右上颌侧切牙行微创软组织增量术,术后四周行即刻种植术,术后六个月通过拉出及推入试验进行力学分析。结果:拔出试验的骨结合界面最大载荷为556.7N,界面的结合强度为5.40MPa,推入试验的骨结合界面最大载荷为1301N,界面的结合强度为12.63MPa。结论:微创软组织增量术不会造成骨结合率的降低。 Objective: By stimulating the soft tissue around teeth to increase the amount of soft tissue around the implant is a new type of minimally invasive incremental method of soft tissue around implants. However, would this method decrease the rate of osseointegration, and even affect the success rate of the implants? The experiment would prove it through the mechanical analysis of implant-bone interface. Method: Adult dogs' right maxillary lateral incisors were done minimaly in vasive soft tissue increment operation. We made immediate implantation at the teeth after 4 weeks, and pull out and push test were done postoperative 6 weeks. Result: Pull-out of osseointegration with maximum load was 556.7N, and the interface bonding strength was 5.40 MPa. The maximum load of push test was 1301N, and the bonding strength was 12.63MPa. Conclusion: Minimally invasive soft tissue increment operation wouldn't cause the rate of osseointegration reduced.
