Research updates on infections after liver transplantation

摘要 肝移植是终末期肝病的有效治疗手段。术后感染是肝移植失败的主要原因。有效防治移植术后常见、重要感染并发症的发生有助于提高患者手术生存率和术后生活质量。本文就肝移植术后感染的危险因素,细菌、真菌、巨细胞病毒感染的临床表现及其诊断方法、预防措施和治疗方案做一综述。 Liver transplantation is a standard life-saving procedure for end-stage liver diseases. The therapeutic potential of this procedure may he limited by post-operative infectious complications. A better understanding on the common important infectious complications may improve the life quality and survival rate after liver transplantation. In this article, we review the pro- gress on infectious complications after liver transplantation, with particular emphasis on risk factors, clinical manifestations, di- agnostic methods, prevention measures and specific treatments for bacterial, fungal, cytomegalovirus infections.
