摘要
近两年,由于环保压力国内大批燃煤机组SCR脱硝装置投运,机组在实际运行中出现如空气预热器堵塞、脱硝装置最低投运温度、催化剂磨损等一系列的问题,由于空气预热器堵塞诱因较多,成为燃煤机组难解决的主要问题之一。为了详细研究空气预热器堵塞原因,选择了3台典型600 MW等级脱硝机组,通过对空气预热器内堵塞物成分进行定量分析,确定堵塞物中NH3+和SO42-含量,研究堵塞物在空气预热器内的分布特征,通过分析机组的运行数据,探寻空气预热器堵塞原因,提出空气预热器防止堵塞建议,为脱硝燃煤机组优化设计、优化运行提供参考。
Over the two years with the environmental press a large number of SCR Denitration devices on coal-fired units have been put into operation. Numerous problems occur during the actual operation of the units, such as air heater pluggage, catalyst attrition, the minimum operating temperature of denitration device. The air heater pluggage has become one of the major problems for its many reasons. Three typical 600MW Denitration Units were chosen to study air heater pluggage in detail. The plugging materials in the air heater were analysed quantitatively to determine the contents of NH3^+ and SO4^2- in the plugging materials. The distribution characteristics of plugging materials in the air heater also were investigated. The plugging reasons of air heater were been sought by the analysis of operational data, and particularly some advice against the air heater pluggage were given to provide the references for the optimal design and operation of the units.
