不同氮素光合效率大豆品种叶片保护酶活性对施氮水平的响应 被引量:14

Response of Protective Enzyme Activity of Soybean Variety Leaves with Different Nitrogen Photosynthetic Efficiency to Nitrogen Application Levels

摘要 为了解不同氮素光合效率大豆品种叶片保护酶活性对施氮水平的响应,在大田条件下,采用5个施氮水平(0,40,80,120,160 kg/hm2),在4个生育时期(R2、R4、R6、R7)测定2个不同类型大豆品种(氮光合高效和氮光合低效)叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量和可溶性蛋白含量。结果表明:在一定范围内,随施氮量的增加,叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性和可溶性蛋白含量均有不同程度提高,叶片MDA含量则降低,但施氮超过一定量后,叶片保护酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量呈下降趋势,叶片MDA含量则呈升高趋势,在鼓粒盛期(R6)、鼓粒末期(R7)不同施氮水平间差异显著(P<0.05),说明合理的施氮水平对大豆生育后期叶片保持较高的保护酶活性具有重要作用。不同氮光合效率的大豆品种,对施氮水平的响应不同,施氮水平为80 kg/hm2时,氮光合高效品种叶片保护酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量达到最大值,叶片MDA含量最低;施氮水平为120 kg/hm2时,氮光合低效品种叶片保护酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量达到最大值,叶片MDA含量最低。氮水平对大豆品种保护酶活性和产量的影响具有一致性,并因品种的氮素光合效率不同而异,大豆品种的氮素光合效率可作为合理施氮的参考指标。 Response of protective enzyme activity of soybean variety leaves with different nitrogen photosynthetic efficiency to nitrogen application levels was studied. Under field conditions,using five nitrogen levels( 0,40,80,120,160 kg / hm2),leaf SOD activity,POD activity,CAT activity,MDA content and soluble protein content of leaves of two different soybean varieties( low nitrogen photosynthetic efficiency varieties and high nitrogen photosynthetic efficiency varieties) were researched at four growth stages( R2,R4,R6,R7). The results showed that in a certain range,with increasing amount of nitrogen,SOD,POD,CAT activity and soluble protein content were im-proved in different degrees,while MDA content was decreased. When nitrogen level exceeds a certain amount,however,protective enzyme activity and soluble protein content decreased,while MDA content was increased. In R6 and R7 growth periods,index characters of different nitrogen application levels were significantly different( P0. 05),indicating that a reasonable level of nitrogen plays an important role in maintaining high protective enzyme activity of soybean leaves in the late growth period. Different nitrogen photosynthetic efficiency variety had different response to nitrogen levels.In the case of high nitrogen photosynthetic efficiency varieties,protective enzyme activity and soluble protein content reached the maximum value and the minimum MDA content when nitrogen application was at the 80 kg / hm2 level. In the case of low nitrogen photosynthetic efficiency varieties,protective enzyme activity and soluble protein content reached the maximum value and the minimum MDA content when nitrogen application was at the 120 kg / hm2 level. The changes in yield of nitrogen levels were consistent with those of protective enzyme activity of different nitrogen photosynthetic efficiency varieties,so nitrogen photosynthetic efficiency could be used as a basis for selecting nitrogen application and determining the optimum amount of nitrogen.
