摘要
目的观察优质护理在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法收集80例该院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组与实验组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组在对照组的基础上给予优质护理,就两组干预前后的血糖水平、孕产妇及围产儿并发症发生率施以对比。结果两组干预前其FPG、2 h PG水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后均显著改善(P<0.05),实验组的改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的孕产妇及围产儿妊娠期糖尿病并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者采用优质护理能有效控制血糖,降低母婴并发症的发生率,最大程度确保母婴健康。
Objective To observe the effect of high quality nursing care applied to patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 80 cases with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital were randomly assigned to the control group and the experimental group with 40 cases in each. The control group were given usual care, and the experimental group were given the high quality nursing care on the basis of usual care. And the level of blood glucose, incidence of complications in pregnant and lying-in women and perinatal fetuses before and after intervention were compared. Results No significant difference was found in the FPG and 2h PG levels between the two groups before intervention（P〉0.05）; after intervention, the FPG and 2h PG levels in both groups had significant improvement（P〈0.05）, moreover, the improvement in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）; the incidence of complications in pregnant and lying-in women and perinatal fetuses in the experimental group was much lower than that in the control group, respectively, with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with gestational diabetes mellitus, high quality nursing care can effectively control the level of blood sugar, reduce the maternal and infant complications rate and ensure the health of mother and infant to the most extent
