摘要
目的:观察定风明视胶囊治疗后天性麻痹性斜视的临床疗效。方法:126例随机分为治疗组和对照组各63例,治疗组采用口服定风明视胶囊治疗;对照组采用能量合剂、血栓通等治疗,10天为1疗程,治疗3个疗程观察疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组93.65%、对照组77.78%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(χ2=6.45,P<0.05)。结论:定风明视胶囊治疗后天性麻痹性斜视有明显疗效。
Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of constant Dingfeng Mingshi Capsule in the treatment of acquired paralytic strabismus. Method： 126 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 63 cases in the treatment group and 63 cases in the control group.The treatment group were treated by constant wind photopic capsule while the control group were treated by energy mixture, Xueshuantong, and so on.The course of treatment was 10 days., The curative effect was observed after 3 courses of treatment. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.65% while that of the control group was 77.78%.The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group.The difference was significant （χ^2=6-45, P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Dingfeng Mingshi Capsule has obvious curative effect in the treatment of acquired paralytic strabismus.
