摘要
目的比较盐酸左氧氟沙星与乳酸左氧氟沙星治疗呼吸系统细菌感染的临床疗效。方法选取内蒙古医科大学附属医院呼吸科2013年1—6月收治的呼吸系统细菌感染患者100例,根据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。两组患者入院后均给予常规对症治疗,对照组患者在此基础上给予乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液,观察组患者在此基础上给予盐酸左氧氟沙星粉针;两组患者均连续治疗1~2周。观察两组患者临床疗效、病原菌清除效果及不良反应情况。结果对照组患者中显效10例、有效23例、无效17例,观察组患者中显效12例、有效24例、无效14例,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。两组患者中均未出现再感染,对照组患者中清除30株、部分清除11株、未清除7株、替换2株,观察组患者中清除38株、部分清除10株、未清除2株、替换0株,两组患者病原菌清除效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。对照组患者不良反应发生率为6.0%,观察组为2.0%,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗呼吸系统细菌感染的临床疗效与乳酸左氧氟沙星相当,安全有效。
Objective To compare the clinical effect on respiratory system bacterial infections between levofloxacin hydrochloride and levofloxacin lactate. Methods From January to June in 2013,a total of 100 patients with respiratory system bacterial infections were selected in the Department of Respiratory,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to therapeutic methods,each of 50 cases. Patients of both groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment after admission,and patients of control group were given extra levofloxacin lactate injection,while patients of observation group were given extra levofloxacin hydrochloride powder for injection,both groups continuously treated for 1 to 2 weeks. Clinical effect,pathogen eradication effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results In control group,10 cases got excellent effect,23 cases got good effect,17 cases were invalid; in observation group,12 cases got excellent effect,24 cases got good effect,14 cases were invalid,no statistically significant differences of clinical effect was found between the two groups( P〉0. 05). No one of the two groups occurred reinfection; in control group,30 cases got total eradication,11 cases got partial eradication,7 cases did not eradicated,2 cases got replacement; in observation group,38 cases got total eradication,10 cases got partial eradication,2 cases did not eradicated,no one got replacement, no statistically significant differences of pathogen eradication effect was found between the two groups( P〉0. 05). The incidence of control group was6. 0%,that of observation group was 2. 0%,the difference was statistically significantly different( P〉0. 05). Conclusion Levofloxacin hydrochloride has similar clinical effect on respiratory system bacterial infections with levofloxacin lactate, is effective and safe.
