摘要 由于循环流化床(CFB)锅炉主蒸汽压力控制系统的大延时性,使得常规PID,PI控制方法难以取得较好的调节效果。对此,提出了一种基于模型预测控制(MPC)的主蒸汽压力控制方法,将该算法运用于主蒸汽压力控制系统,并对系统进行负荷扰动仿真试验,以验证控制效果。结果表明,基于MPC的主蒸汽压力控制系统稳定性、适应性、鲁棒性和抗干扰能力均优于常规PID,PI控制。 Due to large time delay of the main steam pressure control system in CFB boilers,the convention-al PID and PI control methods are unable to obtain well control effect. Thus,a method based on the model predictive control (MPC) algorithm was proposed. The MPC algorithm was applied in the main steam pres-sure control regulator, and load disturbance simulation test was carried out to further verify the model predictive control result. The simulation results show that, compared with the conventional PID and PI control systems, the MPC algorithm based main steam pressure control system has better stability, adaptability, robustness and stronger anti-jamming performance.
