摘要
针对柔性电路板(FPCB)贴补强机的结构进行了动态特性计算与分析,发现补强机一阶、二阶固有频率偏低以及动态特性差等设计方面的问题,导致补强机平台变形量大、补强精度低下等现象发生。为此,根据有限元分析结果,对补强机的结构进行了优化和改进设计,在不同的位置增加了斜拉筋和三角肋板来提高结构的刚度和模态,使补强机的动态特性得到明显提高。实验检测表明,改进设计后,补强机的稳定性和定位精度得到了明显的提高。
Aiming at the problem of the FPCB( flexible printed circuit board) stiffener adhesive machine performance optimization,applying the finite element method,a FEA model of the FPCB stiffener adhesive machine has been set up. The stiffness and modal analysis of the current structure have been done. According to simulation results,there was a large deformation at the marble platform. The first and second inherence frequencies of the structure were rather low. Therefore,do the optimization and improvement design to strengthen this structure. After improvement design,the stiffness and each natural frequency of this machine have improved a lot. The experiment testing shows that,the stability and the position accuracy of this machine have improved a lot after improvement design.
