摘要
结合国内外数字资源联合建设成就,对辽宁地区市级以上公共图书馆和高校图书馆数字资源建设情况开展网页调查,分析其建设中存在的突出问题,指出建立区域图书馆联盟的根本解决方案并提出几点具体策略。
The webpage information about the digital resources construction situation of the public libraries at the city level or above and the academic libraries in Liaoning Province are surveyed with the consideration of the joint construction achievements in the digital resources at home and abroad. Prominent problems existing in the construction are analyzed, basic solutions for the establishment of the regional library consortia are put forward, and some concrete strategies are suggested. 20 refs.
