摘要
分析锥-环-柱结合壳加工过程,确定初始几何缺陷要素。运用计算机仿真技术,分析不同工况下的初始几何缺陷对锥-环-柱结合壳典型部位应力的影响。研究结果表明:由初始几何缺陷引起的附加弯矩与初始几何缺陷幅值呈线性关系;环壳近柱壳侧跨端内表面纵向应力值较大,对初始几何缺陷较为敏感,随初始几何缺陷幅值的增大最先超过规范许用应力;肋骨初挠度、圆柱壳段、圆锥壳段壳板凹凸度同时存在时,对应力的不利影响较大。
Original geometrical imperfection of ring-stiffened convex shell integrated with cone-toriod and cylinder in the processing and its effect on stress of the structure is analyzed by the use of numerical simulation. The research results show that bending moment has linear relation with imperfection’s amplitude, while longitudinal stress is big at the region on inner toric surface and near to the cylinder, and it will reach the criterion’s permissive stress firstly along with the increase of original geometrical imperfection. There is the largest disadvantageous effect to the stress, if rib’s deflection, concavo-convex deformation of column and taper exist simultaneously.
