单肺通气对开胸手术中血液动力学改变的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨单肺通气对开胸手术中血液动力学改变的影响。方法选取我院收治的99例行开胸手术患者,随机将其分为A组、B组、C组,各33例,A组行间歇正压通气治疗,B组行间歇正压通气配合呼气末正压通气,C组行间歇正压通气配合持续气道正压通气,对三组患者术后心指数(CI)、心排血量(CO)、每搏指数(SVI)、每搏量(SV)等改变情况进行对比。结果与A组相比,B组患者术后各项指标均能明显降低(P<0.5),C组无显著性差异(P>0.05);和B组相比,C组患者术后各项指标均明显升高(P<0.05)。结论给予开胸手术患者通气肺侧间歇正压通气及间歇正压通气配合持续气道正压通气治疗不会对患者血流动力学产生较大的影响,而给予患者间歇正压通气配合呼气末正压通气治疗则会对患者血流动力学产生较小程度的影响,但仍可维持正常机体氧供。
