摘要
为研究热时效参数(温度和时间)对铝合金焊接接头残余应力和力学性能的影响规律,对A7N01铝合金焊接部件进行不同参数下的热时效,采用钻孔应变释放法测量时效前后接头焊接残余应力。结果表明,在120-200℃内提高热时效温度有利于焊后残余应力的消除,而延长保温时间并没有显著效果,热时效参数为200℃×2 h时平均下降率能够达到35%;经过200℃×2 h时效处理后焊接接头抗拉强度达到JISZ3040规定的不小于285 MPa的要求,屈服强度和抗拉强度均高于焊态;200℃×2 h时效后接头在100 MPa应力下试样没有发生破裂,疲劳强度为136 MPa,与焊态下131 MPa相比有所提高,力学性能达到标准要求。
In order to analyze the influence of welding parameters(temperature and time)on residual stress and mechanical property of aluminum alloy welded joint,heat ageing at different parameter was carried out,the residual stress was measured by the Mathar's method. The results show that improving temperature of heat ageing from 120 ℃ to 200 ℃ is conducive to the elimination of residual stress after welding,holding time extending has no significant effect. The average decline rate can reach35% for heat ageing parameter of 200 ℃×2 h;the tensile strength of welded joints achieves no less than 285 MPa after 200 ℃×2 h heat treatment,the yield strength and tensile strength are higher than those before heat treatment. No fracture occurs to joint under 100 MPa stress after 200 ℃ × 2 h aging,fatigue strength increases to 136 MPa from 131 MPa,meeting the standard requirements of mechanical properties.
