摘要
针对钩尾框辊锻前壁成形过程中易出现前滑的现象,参考前壁成形的基本理论,选取影响前壁成形的3个关键工艺参数,即前壁角、摩擦因数及钢坯温度。利用正交实验对3个主要影响因素进行分析并获取到3个因素的最优值以及最优组合。实验结果表明,当前壁角为65°,摩擦因数为0.7,钢坯温度为1 180°C时,前滑现象不明显,并在生产试制中得到了验证,使第3道次前过渡段打滑缺陷得到改善,有效地解决了实际问题。
Aiming at the phenomenon of forward slip in the roll forging process of coupler yoke,with reference to the theory of the front wall forming,three key process parameters of the front wall corner,the friction factor and the billet temperature,which affect the forming of the front wall were selected. And using orthogonal experiment to analyze the three main factors,the optimal value and the optimal combination of the three factors were obtained. The experimental results show that when the corner is 65°,the friction factor 0.7,the billet temperature 1 180 ℃,the forward slip is not obvious,which is validated in the production of prototype production,and the slipping defects in the transition section of the third pass are improved.
