不同类型农业固体废物制炭及优化配比的研究

摘要 以牛粪、羊粪、秸秆及锯末等不同类型农业固体废弃物为主要原料,通过烘干、制棒、炭化过程烧制获得生物质炭。结果显示,以牛粪和玉米秸为原料的所有混合样中,40%牛粪与60%玉米秸混合样烧制的生物质炭中固定碳含量最高(71.41%),且达到了国家松木炭一级质量标准;以羊粪和锯末为原料的所有混合样中,60%羊粪和40%锯末混合样烧制的生物质炭中固定碳含量最高(90.08%),且达到了国家硬阔叶木炭优级质量标准;该研究为利用牛、羊粪等农业废弃物生产生物质炭提供了重要试验依据。 Using cow dung,goat dung,straw,sawdust and other agricultural wastes as main ingredients,biomass charcoal was produced by drying,shaping sticks and carbonization. The result showed that the combination of 40% cow dung and 60% corn stalk gave the highest fixed carbon( 71. 41%) among the composite samples consisting of cow dung and corn stalk,which met the national quality standards of the first grade of pine charcoal. Among the composite samples consisting of goat dung and sawdust,the combination of 60%goat dung and 40% sawdust showed the highest fixed carbon( 90. 08%),which satisfied the national high quality standards of high quality of hardwood charcoal. The evidences obtained herein provided an important experimental basis for the production of the charcoal with cow dung,goat dung and other agricultural wastes.
