Fe含量对连续铸轧AA8079合金箔材晶粒组织和拉伸性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和铝箔拉伸试验机,研究了Fe含量对未经均匀化处理的连续铸轧AA8079合金铝箔退火后晶粒组织和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,当Fe含量小于0.84wt%时,成品铝箔退火后晶粒组织粗大,平均晶粒尺寸约为1mm,且晶粒沿轧制方向拉长,同时铝箔表现出较低的强度和延伸率;当Fe含量达到1.18wt%时,成品铝箔退火后晶粒组织急剧细化,晶粒尺寸约为6μm,且为等轴状,此时铝箔具有强度和塑形的最佳匹配,抗拉强度达到122MPa,延伸率达到4.3%。EBSD分析的结果表明,随着Fe含量的提高,15°以下低角度晶界的亚晶较多,与固溶Fe含量相关。 The paper studied the effects of Fe content on grain structure and tensile properties of annealed AA8079 aluminum foil without homogenization by twin-roll continuous casting using OM,SEM,and foil tensile testing machine. The results showed that when Fe content was below 0. 84wt%,grain structure of annealed foils was coarse with average grain size of 1mm,and the grains were elongated along the rolling direction,resulting in lower strength and elongation of foils; When Fe content was up to 1. 18wt%,grain structure was refined significantly and equiaxed with average grain size of 6μm; and tensile properties exhibited optimal combination of strength and plasticity,with tensile strength of 122 MPa and elongation of 4. 3%. EBSD analysis showed that the amount of subgrains with low angle grain boundaries of less than 15° increased with higher Fe content,which correlated with solid solution of Fe.
