摘要
党校作为干部培训的主阵地、主渠道,必须担负起培养具有现代治理能力的领导干部的重大使命。要提高基层党校干部培训的质量,增强培训的针对性、实效性和统筹性,必须从"转变培训理念"这一根本性问题入手,实现从传统培训理念向现代培训理念的转变。培训需求分析作为现代培训的首要环节和必经环节,对党校开展干训工作意义重大。
As the main platform and channel of cadre training, Party Schools should be operated with the mis- sion to create the leading cadres with modem management abilities. It is necessary to improve the quality, perti- nence, effectiveness and organization of such education and training, starting with the fundamental issues of philo- sophical transformation. The analysis on the needs of training should be firstly considered in modem education.
