不同吸痰方式对新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨密闭式吸痰(CSS)与开放式吸痰(OSS)对新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎(ventilator-associated pneumonia, VAP)发生率的影响,为临床选择最佳吸痰方式提供依据.方法:选择2013年1月至2014年12月在我院新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)行气管插管机械通气治疗患儿100例,随机分为CSS组(实验组)和OSS组(对照组)各50例,机械通气治疗后每天1次送检支气管肺泡灌洗液进行细菌培养,比较分析两组患儿呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率、机械通气时间等.结果:实验组VAP发生率、机械通气时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05 ).结论:密闭式气管内吸痰法较开放式吸痰法降低呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率,减少机械通气时间,密闭式气管内吸痰更适合新生儿机械通气,值得临床推广使用.
