摘要
以齐口裂腹鱼皮为实验材料,选用乙酸提取其中的胶原蛋白。通过单因素实验设计分别从温度、时间、液料比和乙酸浓度4个因素对胶原蛋白提取率的影响进行研究,然后在单因素实验基础上进行响应面优化实验设计,对乙酸提取齐口裂腹鱼皮胶原蛋白的提取参数进行优化。实验结果表明,乙酸提取齐口裂腹鱼皮胶原蛋白的优化工艺条件为温度36.4℃,时间36h,液料比51:1 mL/g,乙酸浓度0.54 mol/L,在此条件下得到的胶原蛋白提取率为67.26%。
This study was taken the skin of Schizothorax Prenanti Tchang as experimental materials and selected acetic acid to extract the collagen.Designed experiments with single factor to study the infectivities of the extraction rate of collagen from 4 factors including the temperature,time,solid-to-liquid ratio and the concentration of acetic acid.Then used response surface methodology as an approach to optimize the extraction of collagen from the skin of Schizothorax Prenanti Tchangi extracted by acetic acid.The experimental results showed that the optimal conditions for collagen extraction were 36.4 ℃ of the temperature,36 h of the time,51:1 mL/g of the solid-to- liquid ratio and 0.54 mol/L of the concentration of acetic acid.Finally,the rate of collagen extraction was 67.26% under these conditions.
