摘要
目的:研究复元活血汤对脊柱骨折患者术后炎性因子、凝血功能及疼痛程度的影响。方法:选择在我院接受手术治疗的80例脊柱骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组患者给予复元活血汤联合常规治疗,对照组患者给予常规治疗,比较两组患者术后炎性因子、凝血功能及疼痛程度。结果:(1)炎性因子:观察者患者血清中C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤死因子-α(TNF-α)、降钙素原(CRP)、高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)含量明显低于对照组(t=4.652~8.785,P〈0.05);(2)凝血功能:观察组患者血小板计数(PLT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体含量(D-D)含量明显低于对照组(t=3.421~6.742,P〈0.05);(3)疼痛程度:观察组患者NRS评分低于对照组(t=7.115,P〈0.05)。结论:复元活血汤有助于缓解炎症反应,改善凝血功能,抑制疼痛程度,提高治疗效果。
Objective: To study the effect of Fuyuan Huoxue decoction on postoperative inflammatory factors, coagulation and pain degree in spinal fracture patients. Methods: 80 patients with spinal fractures underwent surgery in our hospital were enrolled and divided into observation group and control group. Observation group were given Fuyuan Huoxue decoction combined with conventional treatment, control group pa- tients given conventional treatment. Then postoperative inflammatory factors, coagulation and pain degree were compared. Results: ( 1 ) In- flammatory factors: observation group serum CRP, TNF-ct, PCT, HMGB-1 contents were lower than the control group(t = 4. 652 ~ 8. 785, P 〈 0.05 ) ; (2) Coagulation: observation group platelet count, fibrinogen and D - dimer were lower than the control group ( t = 3. 421 ~ 6. 742, P 〈 0.05 ) ; (3) degree of pain: observation group NRS scores were lower than control group ( t = 7.115, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Fuyuan Huoxue soup is helpful to relieve inflammation, improve blood clotting function, inhibit pain, improve the effect of rehabilitation.
