摘要
遗传性牙本质发育不全是一种临床上较为少见的常染色体显性遗传病。患牙往往磨耗严重,质脆易碎。该文介绍了1例遗传性牙本质发育不全Ⅱ型患者咬合重建的治疗过程及修复要点。
Dentinogenesis imperfecta type Ⅱ（ DGI-Ⅱ） is a rare autosomal dominant hereditary disease. DGI-Ⅱ tooth is short and brittle. This article reports the occlusal reconstruction treatment with fixed partial denture in a case and discusses the key points of treatment.
