摘要
[目的]对传统隔离衣进行改造,设计出一件穿脱方便、污染减少、使用时间延长的新型隔离衣。[方法]对传统隔离衣的衣领、袖口、腹部、后背、衣底部以及腹部材料的选择进行了改造,将改造后的隔离衣与传统隔离衣进行穿脱对比。[结果]经过50名护生穿脱对比后,改造后的隔离衣在避免跨越方面特别是防止背部暴露、衣底上凑等方面有提高,污染率降低,穿脱时间缩短。[结论]改造后的隔离衣能够减少污染频率,延长使用时间,方便穿脱,实用性强。
Objective：To transform the traditional isolation gown and design a new isolation gown which is easy to wear off and reducing pollution,and its use of time will be extended.Methods：The isolation gown was transformed including collar,cuffs,abdominal part,backside,the bottom of the clothes and selection of abdomen materials,then to compare the wear-off between traditional isolation gown and new isolation gown.Results：After the comparison in 50 nurses,transformed isolation gown has been improved in aspects of avoiding across especially in preventing back exposure and scrape bottom on clothes,and it has lower pollution rate and has reduced the time to wear off.Conclusion：The transformed isolation gown can reduce the pollution frequency and prolong the use time,and it is easy to wear off and practical.
