摘要
为提高智能电网的信息化、网络化管理水平以及安全水平,有效融合信息通信专业技术,弥补3D仿真技术在我国智能电网应用的空缺,文章采用搭建通信信息资源三维管理平台和仿真系统相结合的方法,从底层数据的采集、工作流程整理、整体和细节的仿真展示等方面入手,着重论述如何将一套结合了3D仿真技术并针对我国智能电网开发的可视化信息管理平台应用于电网的日常工作。通过建立一套直观、高效、精细、完整的电网通信信息资源管理平台,提高了智能电网的信息化、网络化的管理水平与安全水平,从而有效提升现有电网管理水平和力度。
In order to improve the smart grid information, networking management level and security level. effectively utilizing the information communication technologies, make up the application vacancy of 3D simulation technology in Chinese smart grid. This paper integrates the communication information resources threedimensional management platform and the simulation system. From the underlying data collection, the work flow standardization, and the simulation display and other aspects, this paper illustrates a visual information management platform for Chinese smart grid which is combined with 3D simulation technology, the platform can be used in power grid routine work. Through the establishment of a set of intuitive, efficient, precise and complete management platform of power grid communication information resources, the information and networking management and security level of smart grid is improved.
