摘要
在受到外力作用时,空冷热交换器翅片组-铝管胀接后的组件强度、铝管-管板的连接接头强度都会严重影响其使用性能及寿命,由此影响到整个换热系统的正常运行。通过对翅片组-铝管胀接后的组件进行拉伸、铝管-管板的连接接头进行弯曲及疲劳破坏等试验,得到了翅片组-铝管发生脱离、铝管-管板发生弯曲或松动以及铝管根部发生折断等失效情况下的最大载荷及试验曲线,并对试验中观察到的胀接失效特征进行了简单分析。
The strength of the expanded fin array-aluminum tubes,the bending of tube-tubesheet and fatigue are considered as the main factors on performance and service life.The maximum load and the experimental curve are measured by experiments in case of disengagement of fin array-tubes,bending of tube-tubesheet,looseness and break of tubes root,and the failure characteristics were analyzed.
