摘要
对于在汽车加热器参数检测平台测量中,铂电阻本身的非线性、引线长短不一、以及温度变送器等带来的误差,采用曲线拟合方法对两路测量点的温度进行处理,最终得到比较精确的温度实时显示值和加热器额定放热量,为加热器的出厂提供重要的参数依据.系统具有使用方便、精度高、可靠性高、一致性好等特点,也可以用于其他测量温度以及温度差的工业场合.
In measuring vehicle heater parameter detection platform of platinum nonlinear,The curve fitting method for two temperature measurement points was used to get the real-time display value and the heater heat temperature accurately and provide important basis for the parameters of the heater factory.The system had the characteristics of convenient use,high precision,high reliability,good consistency,and can also be used in other measurement temperature and the temperature difference of the industrial applications.
