摘要
该文主要综述了稻米、糙米在不同的储藏条件下脂肪酸、发芽率、黏性等品质的变化,并介绍了多种较为合适的储藏方法。
The quality changes of rice and brown rice in different storage environment such as fatty acid, germination percentage, viscosity were summarized in this study and several appropriate storage methods, were introduced.
