摘要
为解决海底隧道区域火灾应急情景下交通状况难以合理判定的问题,综合运用情景演变分析、动态时间建模和实例验证方法,对海底隧道区域火灾应急交通分级进行了研究。首先,结合情景分析方法,确立海底隧道火灾事故情景演变分析流程,建立情景演变网络模型;然后,确定海底隧道火灾事故不同演变路线的时间模型,进而建立海底隧道火灾事故区域交通拥堵分级模型;最后,利用分级模型对翔安海底隧道进行实例应用分析。实例应用表明:该方法能够确定海底隧道区域火灾情景下交通拥堵状况,可为应急交通决策提供指导。
For the purpose of making reasonable judgement of traffic under fire emergency scenario in subsea tunnel area,this paper applies scenario evolvement analysis,dynamic time modele and example verification method to stu ding emergency traffic classification in Xiang'an subsea tunnel area. The paper establishes the analysis process of fire scenario evolvement for subsea tunnel and then builds the scenario evolvement net model. Then,it constructs the time model for different scenario routes and builds the traffic classification model. Finally, a case study of Xiang' an subsea tunnel area shows that the method can determine the emergency traffic classification of the tunnel fire ar- ea and provide guidance for emergency decision.
