回顾了中国林业建设的伟大成绩、发生的重大事件和措施,分析了中国森林生产力和森林资源危机,对林业生产指导思想的有关评论,以及依法治林要以营林为基础,和实行集约化森林经营等问题提出了自己的看法和见解。
This essay reviewed the great achievement of the forestry construction, major events and measures in China, analyzed the forest productivity and the forest resource crisis, and made personal opinions on the comments of the forestry production guidelines, the run of the forest according to the law should be base on the management, and the intensive forest management.
