摘要
目的：采用薄层色谱法对胃肠灵胶囊（WCLJN）中甘草、白及和山楂进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC测定胃肠灵胶囊中芍药苷的含量,以建立胃肠灵胶囊的质量标准,方法：十八烷基键合硅胶色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液（15∶85）为流动相,检测波长：230nm。结果：甘草、白及和山楂薄层鉴别斑点清晰,无干扰;芍药苷在0.0680-0.6800μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9994）,平均加样回收率为99.10%,RSD=0.72%（n=6）。结论：该方法简便、准确、重现性好。
Objective： Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizome, Bletillae rhizoma and Crataegi fructus in WCLJN were identified by TLC, To develop an HPLC method for determination of the content of Paeoniflorin in WCLJN, To establish the quality standard of WCLJN. Method： An C18 column was used as the chromatographic column. The mobile phase consisted of Acetonitrile-0.2 % Phosphoric Acid Solution（15∶85）. The UV detection wavelength was at 230 nm. Results： The spots on TLC plates were clear and had no disturbance. There was a good linear relationship when the concentrations of Paeoniflorin was within the range of 0.0680-0.6800 μg（r=0.9994）. The average recovery was 99.10 %, RSD=0.72 %（n=6）. Conclusion： The method was simple, accurate and reproducible.
