亚临界丁烷萃取核桃油工艺及脂肪酸成分分析研究 被引量:6

摘要 【目的】确定亚临界丁烷制备核桃油的最佳工艺参数。【方法】选择新疆薄皮核桃温185作为试验原料,研究萃取时间、萃取温度和萃取压力对核桃油出油率的影响,并通过GC-MS对核桃油中的脂肪酸进行定性定量分析。【结果】萃取核桃油的最佳工艺参数为:萃取时间40 min,萃取温度45℃,萃取压力为0.5 MPa,出油率达65.11%;不饱和脂肪酸含量为90.85%,其中亚油酸的含量可高达61.23%。【结论】采用亚临界萃取核桃油具有萃取时间短、萃取温度相对较低,出油率高等优点,更适用于工业化推广应用。 【Objective】The purpose of this project is to determine the optimum parameters of walnut oil by subcritical butane.【Method】The influence of extracted time,extracted temperature,extracted pressure on oil yield was studied and the fatty acid composition of walnut oil was analyzed by GC- MS.【Result】The result showed that optimum extracted parameters of walnut oil were: the extracted time was 40 min,extracted temperature was 45℃,extracted pressure was 0. 5 MPa,oil yield was 90. 85% and unsaturated fatty acid content was65. 11%. 【Conclusion】Walnut oil which was to be extracted by subcritical butane had a short extraction time,low extraction temperature,the advantages of high yield efficiency,but it was also rich in unsaturated fatty acid and the highest content of linoleic acid,so walnut extracted oil by subcritical butane was more suitable for industrial application and promotion.
