新疆煤的灰成分对焦炭热性能的影响

摘要 选取六种新疆煤进行炼焦试验,炼焦温度控制在400~1100℃范围内。根据不同变质程度进行配煤炼焦,测定灰成分,比较焦炭的热态性能。结果表明:新疆煤中碱含量比较高,加速了高炉内碳溶反应,影响反应性和反应后强度,是新疆煤焦炭质量不好的主要原因。碱性指数越大,其焦炭的反应性和反应后强度越差。 Six different Xinjiang coking coal were selected for coking test that is under controlling of coking temperature at 400 ~ 1100℃ range. According to the different metamorphic degree of coal blending coking,the ash composition was determined,and the coke thermal state performance were compared. The results show that the alkali content in the Xinjiang coal is high,speeds up the blast furnace carbon dissolved in reaction,affect the reactivity and strength after reaction,is a main factor of Xinjiang coal quality is bad,alkaline index is larger,and the coke reactivity and strength after reaction is worse.
