摘要
建立以固体热载体干馏工艺为核心的油页岩综合利用系统,以循环流化床锅炉产生的高温热灰作为油页岩干馏工艺的热源,并添加了半焦燃烧发电部分,实现了油-电-气三联产。利用Aspen Plus软件对所构建的系统工艺进行建模,结合了黑龙江鸡西油页岩三层不同矿区的物性数据,计算了系统的物流参数和发电功率,并探讨了不同油页岩利用方式下的系统能效情况。结果表明:综合利用系统使油页岩的利用效率得到提升,含油率高的油页岩能带来更高的经济效益,但余热损失也会随之增加;随着对油页岩利用程度的加深,三种油页岩的系统能效均呈上升趋势。
This paper sets up comprehensive utilization system of oil shale focused on solid heat carrier retorting process, taking hot ash of high temperature generated from circulating fluidized boiler as the heat source of retorting process and the section of power generation of semi-coke combustion is added, realizing tri-generation of oil-electricity-gas. The software of Aspen Plus set up model for the constructed system process, calculated the shipping parameter and power of system in accordance with the physical property data of three layers of different ore districts of oil shale of Jixi City in Heilongjiang Province and discussed about the system energy effi- ciency under different utility patterns of oil shale. The result indicated that the integrated utilization system increased the utility efficiency of oil shale, leading to a higher economic profit from the oil shale with high oil content while the after-heat loss would increase as well ; with the deepening degree of utilization of oil shale, the system energy efficiency under three types of oil shale will be in the rising trend.
