膝关节内侧间室骨关节炎的外科治疗 被引量：1

摘要 随着老龄化社会的到来,膝关节的骨关节炎（osteoarthritis,OA）越来越普遍,不幸的是,很多患者在骨关节发展的早期,并没有得到正确的治疗,最后只能选择全膝关节置换（total knee arthroplasty,TKA）。尤其是对于那些中青年、活动量较多的患者,不恰当的治疗让患者的膝关节疼痛无力的症状无法缓解,使患者生活质量降低。
