高度近视眼有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体植入术后调节功能变化 被引量:9

The effect of pbakic posterior chamber implantable collamer lens implantation on accommodative functions

摘要 目的探讨有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体(PPC—ICL)植入术对高度近视眼调节功能的影响。方法前瞻性研究。选取在四川大学华西医院眼科行ICL植入术矫正高度近视患者30例(30眼),年龄为22—30岁,平均(25.2±1.3)岁。分别测量术前、术后1个月以及术后3个月的单眼调节幅度、正负相对调节和单眼调节灵敏度,收集数据并将不同观察时间点的各指标进行重复测量方差分析。结果单眼调节幅度术后3个月与术前以及术后1个月相比.单眼调节幅度增加(F=57.909,P〈0.05)。单眼调节灵敏度术后3个月与术前以及术后1个月相比.单眼调节灵敏度增加(B18.663.P〈0.05)。正负相对调节术前、术后1个月、术后3个月之间相比差异无统计学意义。结论PPC—ICL的植入不会对调节功能造成不良影响,术后3个月单眼调节幅度以及单眼调节灵敏度有所增加,对正负相对调节无明显影响。 Objective To investigate the effect of phakic posterior chamber implantable eollamer lens (PPC-ICL) implantation surgery on the accommodative status of eyes with high myopia. Methods The study included 30 eyes of 30 22-30 years old patients with high myopia. All patients underwent PPC-ICL surgery in the West China Hospital of Siehuan University. Monocular accommodative amplitude, positive and negative relative accommodation and accommodative facility were investigated before surgery and 1 month and 3 months after the surgery. The results were analyzed by repeat measured ANOVA. Results Monocular accommodative amplitude had increased 3 months after surgery (F=57.909, P〈0.05). Accommodative facility had also increased 3 months after surgery (F=18.663, P〈0.05). However, there were no differences in positive and negative relative accommodation at the three time points. Conclusion PPC-ICL implantation surgery does not cause adverse effects on accommodative function. After PPC-ICL implantation surgery, accommodative amplitudes and accommodative facility increase. But there is no significant effect on positive and negative relative accommodation.
