摘要
中医药对功能性便秘的治疗有显著的疗效,对于病因病机、治则治法等方面的研究凸显出明显的优势与特色。然而也存在一系列问题,如研究缺乏前瞻性、辨证分型和临床疗效评定标准不统一、缺乏科学化、大样本、多中心的临床研究等。在临床实践过程中,要充分发挥中医药的优势,同时也要着力解决研究所面临的问题。
TCM has remarkable effects on functional constipation. It especially has advantages and distinguishing features in the etiology,therapeutic principle and methods. However,there are still some extent problems： lack of prospectiveness,non-unified assessment standards of classifications of syndromes and clinical effects,lack of scientization,large-sample and multi-central clinical researches. In clinical practice,we should make full play of the advantages of TCM and simultaneously spare no effort to solve the confronted research problems.
