摘要 分析棒线型材厂高速线材生产线轧制Φ6mm盘螺堆钢故障的原因,介绍实施的孔型、精轧导卫、轧制通道、吐丝机、活套等优化措施,使成材率提高了0.3%,综合工序成本下降了64元/吨。 The causes of steel piled-up accidents occurred forΦ 6 mm reinforced bar production in the high-speed wire rod line of Bar and Section Plant were analyzed, and the optimization measures were introduced in respects of optimizing the pass, the finishing rolling guide, the rolling channel, the laying head and as well as the loop, so hence the rolling yield was improved 0.3%, and the comprehensive procedure cost was reduced 64 Yuan/t.
