摘要
为应对全球文化多元化的工作环境对护理本科生文化能力提出的挑战,在对多元文化护理、文化能力的概念内涵进行理论分析的基础上,分析国内外护理本科生多元文化能力培养现状,并对培养对策作进一步思考,旨在为探索和发展我国护理本科生多元文化能力培养的理论及实践提供参考。
In order to cope with the challenge of global cultural diversity in the working environment, we analyzed the concept of transcultural nursing and cultural competencies,summarized the current situation of cultivating cultural competencies among undergraduate nursing students at home and abroad, and then put forward countermeasures. This article means to provide a reference for further exploration into domestic cultivation of cultural competencies for undergraduate nursing students.
