支气管哮喘患者外周血CD_4^+CD_(25)^+调节性T细胞的临床研究

摘要 目的探讨支气管哮喘患者外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的作用。方法选取2013年10月~2014年10月在本院进行治疗的50例支气管哮喘患者作为观察组,选择同一时期的55例健康体检者作为对照组。观察两组的CD4+CD25+T细胞水平,并对急性期及非急性期哮喘患者的肺功能进行测定。结果观察组的CD4+CD25+T细胞百分率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急性发作期支气管哮喘患者的第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的比值(FEV1/FVC)、最大用力呼气流速(PEF)水平显著低于非急性发作期,急性发作期的CD4+CD25+百分率显著高于非急性发作期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急性发作期轻中度患者的CD4+CD25+T细胞百分率显著高于重度患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞在哮喘疾病活动中起着重要作用,是导致哮喘患者细胞免疫失调的重要原因。 Objective To explore the effect of peripheral blood CD4^+CD25^+regulatory T cells in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 50 cases with bronchial asthma from October 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected as the observation group,55 health human with physical examination at the same period were selected as the control group. The CD4^+CD25^+ T cells level of two groups and pulmonary function of patients with acute and non-acute asthma was determined and observed. Results The percentage of CD4^+CD25^+ T cells in the observation group was lower than that the control group,with significant difference (P〈0.05).The level of FEV3/FVC,PEF in patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma was lower than that in non-acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma,the percentage of CD4^+CD25^+ T cells in patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma was higher than that in non-acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma,with significant difference (P〈0.05).The pereentage of CD4^+CD25^+ T ceils in patients with mild to moderate acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma was higher than that in severe acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma,with significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion CD4^+CD25^+ regulatory T ceils plays an important role in the activation of asthma,and is an important cause of the disorder of cellular immunity in patients with asthma.
