摘要
目的:探讨品管圈在降低食道癌-食管胃吻合口瘘的发生率应用中的效果评价。方法:选择2013年1月-2014年6月笔者所在医院胸外科收治的食道癌手术患者为调查对象,成立品管圈共同探讨食道癌术后吻合口瘘的多种原因,制定对策并且实施。结果:食道癌术后食管胃吻合口瘘由活动前的14.29%降至6.40%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(字2=4.122,P<0.05)。结论:品管圈是一种科学、高效的管理工具,对提高医疗质量有积极的作用。
Objective: To investigate the lower esophageal QCC-esophageal anastomotic fistula incidence Evaluation of applications.Method: Thoracic esophageal cancer patients undergoing surgery from January 2013 to June 2014 for the survey were Selected, establish quality circles to discuss various reasons for esophageal anastomotic fistula, and develop and implement countermeasures.Result: After the implementation of quality control circle, the leak rate of postoperative patients with esophageal cancer esophageal anastomotic significantly reduced(χ^2=4.122,P〈0.05).Conclusion: QCC is a scientific and efficient management tools, for improving health care quality has a positive effect.
