微胶囊化膨胀型阻燃剂研究进展 被引量:4

Research Progress of Microencapsulated Intumescent Flame Retardent

摘要 以微胶囊所采用的不同包覆原料为主线,综述了三聚氰胺、密胺树脂、脲醛树脂、环氧树脂、聚脲、聚氨酯、富羟基材料、含硅材料等作为囊材的研究进展;简述了包覆效果、用于聚合物材料时的阻燃效果以及具体应用情况。指出未来研究的重点是寻求稳定高效的囊壁材料,研究微胶囊化膨胀型阻燃剂与阻燃基体间的相容性,使膨胀型阻燃剂实现可控包覆,通过分子设计等手段使阻燃剂各组分配比更加合理等。 Taking different coating materials for microcapsules as the main line, the capsule materials made by melamine, melamine resin, urine aldehyde resin, epoxy resin, polyurea, polyurethane, rich hydroxyl material, silicon-based materials, et al, were reviewed. The efficiency of coating and specific applications of microencapsulated intumescent flame retardent(MIFR) in polymer material were described. Seeking stable and efficient cladding materials, studying compatibility of MIFR and polymer matrix, realizing the controllable coating process, making reasonable formula of MIFR, will be the focus of future research.
